Accents helper
Because I change keyboards more often than my brain can handle and Microsoft makes it supremely difficult to access the Windows character map, I have created this simple page to provide quick access to the most common foreign (eurocentric) characters. Along with a simple cut-and-paste character field, there are HTML characters and escaped characters for URLs.
One thing left to do: detect cursor position so that you may do inter-phrase and word edits.
